Returns or Exchanges
Big It Up prides itself on the quality and value of our merchandise. If, for
any reason, you wish to return the item purchased on this website, you can return
it to us for exchange or credit voucher, as long as it has not been worn or
damaged. Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please
include a copy of your invoice and ship prepaid to us at 58 Spadina Ave., Toronto,
ON, Canada M5V 2H8. We will pay for the shipping costs for the order sent back
to you in exchange. We regret that items purchased from Big It Up Online cannot
be returned to any store, except for our flagship at 58 Spadina in Toronto.
Credit for Shipping Charges
We will give credit vouchers for shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong
item or the item is defective.
